Company and Care in the Comfort of your own Home

Organising your Live-In Care isn’t as complicated as you think. If you decide to take things to the next stage, one of our specially trained staff will visit you at home, or another place of your choosing, to carry out an initial assessment and ensure we can meet your care requirements for Live-In Care.

Our initial visit also gives you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have, plus find out the different ways we can help and the costs of your care package.

We actively welcome family members to come along for this initial assessment and be involved throughout the care process. This enables us to work in partnership to ensure we provide the best possible care for our clients.

Once you and your family decide that live-in care is the right thing for you, we will then carefully pair you with one of our professional and friendly carers, who we feel is a good match for you. Before organising Live-In care, read more about our Live-In Carers here.

We completely understand that inviting someone to live in your home can be a big change and we do all we can to smooth the way. After the placement of your live-in carer, continuous support is always available for both you and them from our agency, Candlelight24.

Candlelight24 acts as an agency to introduce professional, self-employed Live-In Carers to clients, who move into the home to provide the help and support required. Please find details of our Live-In Care Privacy Statement here.
