Processes for your Protection
We have many internal processes in place for your protection and our staff are fully trained and supervised.
Candlelight Uniform
All our care staff wear a uniform when they visit their clients. This is so that you can easily identify them when they come to your door. They also carry an ID card with a photograph, which you can ask to see at any time.
Secure Entry
If you are unable to open the door yourself to let carers in, then we would recommend installing a Security Device which (in some areas) our Home Maintenance Service would be able to install for you.
Internal Processes
Other ways in which we take your safety into consideration are by carrying out rigorous risk assessments, maintaining confidentiality and insisting all our staff adhere strictly to the Infection Control Practices. We also have our own Quality Assurance Manager.
