We carry out rigorous pre-employment checks before we employ Care Staff and allow them into your home. These include:
- A documented interview and selection process
- Full history of past employment
- Two written references
- Enhanced Criminal Record (CRB) check
- Protection of Vulnerable Adults (POVA) check
- Protection of Children (POCA) check
- Mandatory Induction and Training
- On-going management, training and supervision
