About Live-In Carers
Good carers are special people who care passionately about others and enjoy making a difference to someone’s life. Caring for someone is a rewarding job, but it can be demanding with many challenges and it needs dedicated people to do it.
Our live-in carers are all self-employed and come from many different countries, cultures and backgrounds. They have one thing in common though, they are kind, friendly, experienced and have the ability to provide the care and support people need. Most of them have higher qualifications in health and social care, or are working towards these.
They go through a rigorous registration procedure before they can register with us and we expect them to comply with all the current legislation and regulations and require proof of their right to work in the UK. Criminal record checks are conducted through the Disclosure and Barring Service and all references are validated.
