Clients, family members and friends of Candlelight Care in Glastonbury were among the lucky guests at a community concert and tea party at King’s Bruton School last week. The event is a regular fixture at the school and guests were treated to seven solo performances and, following a ‘Harlequin’ afternoon tea, music from The King’s Military Band. We arranged for our clients to attend as part of the ‘Candlelight Community’ initiative, which organises events and outings for clients at various times throughout the year. Tracy Weare, Registered Manager of Candlelight Care in Glastonbury, said, “I am delighted that some of our clients were able to attend this wonderful event. We are very grateful to King’s Bruton School for the invitation.”
