F ood Presentation. Simple meals prepared on site for you.
G ardening service available in some areas with staff whose credentials have been checked.
H air Care in your home available in some areas with staff that have been checked.
I ndividual Care Plans prepared by with and for you and your needs.
J oyful Outings. Our staff will accompany you if wish.
K nowledgeable and Kind Care workers who have good training and are genuinely interested in your welfare.
L ifting with hoist if appropriate. All our carers are trained in manual handling for your and their safety.
M edication prompting and assisting (where agreed) with medication.
N urses. We do not offer nursing services. Some of our staff are qualified nurses and we work closely with District and Community nurses and matrons.
O ccupational Therapy exercises under guidance from a professional
P et care. We are not vets but we will walk the dog.
Q uality Assurance. We have the Investors In People award. We have a Quality Assurance Manager to audit our performance and report directly to the Board so that we can maintain our policy of continual improvement.
R egistered with Commission for Social Care Inspection (part of the Department of Health) who ensure that we comply with the Care Standards Act and other regulations.
S ocial Events, preparing for and or accompanying service users on shopping trips, social events and outings.
T rained Staff checked with CRB and PoVa list with NVQ qualifications.
U niform. Unless you prefer otherwise, all our staff attending you will wear a uniform and all will have identification for your security.

Z zzzzz Sleep-over and 24 hour care. Sleep soundly with a carer on the premises at night or with 24 hour care from Candlelight 24 hour live-in service.
